I wonder if they are trying to pull a Zelensky? They will start WWIII and then say that there can’t be a transfer of power during a war.

Those videos don't mean as much as you think, either. Putin supported kamala, so of course he would trash Trump supporters. They were clearly joking in the 2nd video, and not every single comment muttered by someone on Russian TV is a direct message from the Kremlin. Every country's media makes fun of foreign leaders. It's not that big of a deal and doesn't signal an intention from Putin to negotiate in bad faith. You are overstating the importance of these videos.
