Can ITINs be removed with a simple EO?

Wouldn’t this solve a huge problem immediately?

ITINs were not created by Congress, but by the IRS under the Clinton administration as a loophole for companies wanting to hire illegals.

What am I missing? Wouldn’t this solve about 75% of the problem? Also, I would just go ahead and offer everyone a free plane ticket and about $5,000 to leave? And the opportunity to leave in good standing where if they want to pursue the legal route one day in the future it’s still possible. Let’s say 20million took advantage of that? Thats $100 billion just to ask them to leave, but still worth it.

It’s high time for leaders who actually want to solve the problem to be pragmatic about it and think it through, step by step, in an intelligent way. And how they actually plan to get 30 million people or more to leave the country that shouldn’t be here.
