Can FEMA funds be utilized for the Wall?

Unsecured border is grounds for a state of emergency. FEMA has billions earmarked for it in the federal budget. We should be able to spend some of that money for the Wall in conjunction with Our President’s executive authority.

You know if their ever is a democratic president again they can order it torn down.

It just opens up a can of worms.

Not disagreeing with that. I was just stating that this setting a precedent for democratic presidents to do it too.

Can congressional salaries be used for the wall?

They are all leeches so I consider it a national emergency..

Probably not. What FEMA does with its money is controlled by the Hatch Act. I doubt building a border wall is in the Hatch Act.
