The fight between RINO republicans and America first republicans in Georgia continues... Wonder why Fani was disqualified in this instance but no one could find a reason against Trump? Just depends on if you get an honest judge.
GA Record
APPOINTMENT OF DISTRICT ATTORNEY PRO TEMPORE ASSIGNED IN THE
MATTER OF BURT JONES Pursuant to the authority contained in O.C.G.A. § 15-18-5, Peter J. Skandalakis, Executive Director of the Prosecuting Attorneys' Council of Georgia, or his designee, will be appointed to act as District Attorney Pro Tempore, Atlanta Judicial Circuit, in the matter
concerning Burt Jones. In accordance with State Bar Rule 3.8 Special Responsibilities of a Prosecutor and
pending litigation, no further comments will be made at this time.

Peter Skandalakis, Executive Director of the Prosecuting Attorney's Council of Georgia announced that he or a designated alternate will be appointed in the matter of Burt Jones and his role as an alternate elector to the 2020 Presidential Election.
In July 2022, Judge McBurney had disqualified Fani Willis from acting in an investigation of Burt Jones after she held a fund-raiser for his Democratic opponent.
District Attorneys and all prosecutors are expected to act in a non-partisan manner and remain neutral in order to avoid undue influence over cases.
Citizens wonder how much of this latest move is due to Burt Jones continued support for President Trump, especially given the lack of support from AG Chris Carr, Sec of State Brad Raffensperger and Gov Brian Kemp.
Notably, Jones was with President Trump during his visit to Atlanta this week.
