Steve Bannon has a Retired US General (Tom McInerney) on his show today, talking about how HAMR was used in the 2012 general election and the 2016 primaries to change votes in transmission to the respective state SecState offices to ensure Hussein was reelected and Bernie lost the primary in '16.
Says they tried in 2016 in the General, but were stopped by white hats. This would explain the "foreign actor" nonsense for things like DHS initiating a hacking attempt of the GA Sec State office of elections.

Hard to steal votes in Denton County.
Although we use electronic counting, it's based on the old scantron: you have to fill out (lots of) boxes BY HAND, ON PAPER. THEN you send it through the machine. And the paper doesn't disappear either.
