Doesn't this statement alone win the argument that the Supreme Court is going to hear tomorrow?

Because lawyers relish the power of changing the universe based on comma (mis)placement.
They’ll back it up with some brimstone academic declaration that while certainly persuasive, the judiciary does not take orders from the executive branch. Then call it a sound constitutional analysis - frick it, file it, forget it.
