Give any politician that vague "criteria" he references & anything could be presented as valid. If there was in fact 8,000 pardons issued, no way in hell he knew what 2/3 ....at best...were about. Him calling anyone a "liar" is beyond imaginable: there was a list put out a while back, covering his proven lies over the course of his political history & that list was well in the 50's specifically.
