All kinds of stupid-assed people get all kinds of stupid-assed tattoos for all kinds of stupid-assed reasons.
Hunter Biden getting tattoos of the Finger Lakes to "honor" his mother is no more stupid-assed than many others referenced in the preceding paragraph.
One of my cousins got a tattoo of a leprechaun to "honor" our grandmother when she died. Our grandFATHER was of Irish descent. HER ancestors were French. I told him to add a beret and a baguette loaf to the tattoo. He did not take it well when he understood that she was not Irish.
