3rd Circuit Appeals Court shoots down State appeal on ruling against their UNconstitutional NJ AR and Mag capacity ban!
However, they sent it back down to the lower court for reconsideration.

Regardless, as a former NJ resident, I have to cheer when they take a loss .
As a Pro 2a activist, I definitely have to cheer when they, or any of these states, take a loss.

Good question.
Something that I am SUPER huge a fan of this court doing.
NJ has had a very long standing 10 round magazine capacity cap.
The lower court let that slide. The appeals court did not. They found NJ's mag capacity limitation to be unconstitutional.
There was a third point they found unconstitutional, but 14 hours w/out sleep and I don't remember what it was, LOL.
