Yes. I always self reflect however as most people have said, people are softer these days and they're allowed to live in bubbles much easier.

Maybe its not worth it, or its in vain. but it seems youre really bummed about this.

You should write him and tell him how much you miss him and his impact on your life. Politics may divide some but you were friends for 40 years

Sued him the other day and now blocked him.
Haven't spoken in 6 months

Not really cut off socially but he knows not to talk his bullshite politics we me. And yes, he is in the 30% that still supports the buffoon.

My SIL transformed my weak minded East Texas brother into a full blown, bed wetting lib.

He didn’t like me calling Beto a pendejo so we don’t talk so much anymore.
