Another medicaid/medicare scam,now in Ohio

These people are being paid to hang out/help with their own relatives to the tune of billions. It was started so relatives could help their family members and be reimbursed without having to outsource it but a certain group of people have taken advantage of it. You'll never guess what group is at the center of it again.
