Like it or not republicans have shifted to the extreme on these issues and others (looking at you a-hole Christians, Not the good Christians who actually you know care about other people) when the majority of America doesn't want it.

Democrats are no better mind you Spend Spend Spend to reach some kind of utopia that exists in their head that would only work if people weren't assholes and selfish most of the time. That isn't a shot at the people that don't want to spend money/republicans either. I'm speaking about the people that want handouts and milk the system for whatever it's worth.

I don't mind helping people that work to also help them self but if you are spending my money of someone who has no desire to better themselves and looks for a handout at every corner then I'm not for it.
