Serious question. Who unlocked the entry doors? It was done from inside the Capitol Building. It is amazing to me that question (TTBOMK) was never asked, much less answered.
The video of the Capital Security crew getting a key and opening the Chamber doors for the Shaman moron was shown plenty of times. They even had him wait outside the doors to get the key because when they took him there the first time it was locked.
