Yeah, I admit I don't completely understand the whole arrangement here or ranked choice voting but this smells of circumventing the system to me and it definitely seems to disenfranchise the voters who elected the three Republicans isolated.

he doesn't look for inappropriate incidents, he looks for things that support his beliefs.
