That is not what an expat is dumbass and that is what the convo was about. There are millions of native US citizens who are expats who vote.
Expats are people like me. Born in tUSA by parents who were born in tUSA. Lived my whole life here, worked here, paid taxes here and now wish to retire abroad.
But to answer your question, no I do not agree with birth tourism. Hell, I actually said I would agree with giving up my priviledge to vote once I gain citizenship to Croatia. I do not believe voting is a right. It is a priviledge.
But I already saw you are one lacking the forethought for much.
