Coworker just brought in some jerky his dad made. Best I have ever had. It is made from King Mackerel. I am going into business selling this stuff.

That sounds disgusting, but I like good jerky and would definitely try it out with an open palate.

I have tons of good jerky. This stuff is great. It has a really different texture and you cannot taste the fish. Everyone here at work is raving about it. The guy wont give me the recipe but he is going to make me another pound and bring it in.
