Different take if cooking for just a few. Pan Fry. Dredge in Egg wash (egg white and whole milk or half and half), coat in mixture of flour and paprika (tonys if you wish), and melt a 1/4- 1/2 stick of butter in black iron skillet, 3-4 minutes on each side.

And if wanna get fancy, put another 1/4 stick of butter, some white wine and shrimp / crabmeat in skillet when done, and stir for a "sauce" to put over the top
