Well it has a diamond head.

It has pit-viper fangs.

It does not have a rattle.

It has white on the inside of its mouth.

The only thing it could be in this area, would be a moccasin, a cottomouth (the same thing, but most consider the almost black version the moccasin and refer to them as different species, which is incorrect) or a copperhead.

It's a mystery to me how come each and every one of yall ain't already dead. Seems like them cottonmouths and rattlers are everywhere yall step and go when you're huntin or fishin down there.

damn sure to many where Im at. Im glad we dont have copperheads though.
Use to kill 4-5 rattlesnakes a year but havent seen
one in years..
Only ones I'll kill are mocassins dont mind the rattlesnakes atleast they warn ya theyre around
