What do you have to do to find a Honda CRF-300L?

Is the Kawasaki 300 a suitable replacement if you've been waiting for weeks to get a Honda?

The Klx 300 compares equally or favorably in every test or magazine shootout I've seen. Kawasaki builds great motorcycles.

I've seen comparison videos and they seem to favor Honda while Kawasaki is about $500 more. But I'm tired of waiting on Honda and the summer is coming up on halfway over.
I haven't been looking for Kawasaki's so they may be as hard to find also.

Saw a couple klx230s today in local shop. No 300s though. Thinking about getting a 230 just to play around the backroads but would rather a 300.

I have been thinking about a small dual sport also. I’m a Honda man myself, but all the reviews have the Honda and Kawasaki about even. I noticed if you are over 220 pounds they recommend the Kawasaki. Didn’t know they were had to find. Figured you could walk in and buy one.

Well, I got lucky. I had been looking out to 1000 miles and one became available here local to a dealer I had already contacted. Missed out on the ABS model but got the standard.
