re: Went to an Oxbow

im not sure about lake mary, but foster lake right "next door" is one of the best places i have ever fished for sacalait. my family has a camp up there and my grandfather and dad wont fish anywhere else. my dad told me this weekend that it is still about 2-3 weeks away from being right.

downfall is that the river does affect it for large portions of the year. but when its right, there is no place better.
