When fishing a buzz bait I always carry a second rod. Rig it with a 10" ribbon tail worm and rig with 5/0 EWG hook with a swivel in front. Cast and speed reel it back and when you get a swirl, pause and let it settle to the bottom. Watch the line for a small tick. And then set the hook.

Wife and I have begun doing that. We added another meal to the rotation. That shite has been just running through me though.

Not while on this feeding tube. I wouldn't taste it anyway.
I talked to a guy the other day that is about a year from finishing his neck radiation. He said stuff as mild as ketchup and mustard will light him up. Basically anything with vinegar in it. He says he still can't eat bread too good. I've been on a low carb diet for almost 2 years so I won't really miss the bread consumption that much.

imo in freshwater it's because after you catch one or two there is a natural warning signal that goes out to other fish nearby that says, "hey! these assholes are yanking us out of the water"

I would suggest adding 220 mg zinc a day and discussing the loose stools with your docs.
After all the abx and prolonged hospital stay you may have a fixable reason for it.

Yeah. If you're having the runs they need to check you for c.difficile. You shouldn't be losing that much weight.

The first nurse in the hospital said it usually caused the runs. Liquids in usually result in liquids out.

Narcotics tend to slow it down though. Also a balanced supplement will contain some fiber and appropriate protein . Sadly proven nutritional advice and care has lagged behind in western Medicine.
