Here are a couple that might have what you are looking for. Unless your problem is really really bad a properly installed raised seal should do it.

Personally I wouldn't go for a self stick. I would get a a good adhesive in tubes, pressure wash the threshold and let it dry very well, then apply. You should be good to go.
