I've stopped using tobacco for 5 days now, so I'm a little edgy, she's on the rag so its not a good combo right now. She pissed me off over somethin stupid, she got pissed that I was pissed, she took it to her moms.

I quit dipping shortly after been banned. Quit for about 50 days. Take one here and there when fishing or drinking, but the daily habit is kicked

That for me went away after a week. Then when drinking the craving got better after a month. But still are there. I can take one for 15-20 minutes now and feel something and then take it out. Before I would sit there for an hour drinking beer with a dip in
