And we're not going to Moss Bluff anymore. South Lake Charles now.

No idea. All I know is there were a bunch of good ones we were looking at a few weeks ago. We made an offer on one and there was a problem in the inspection so we backed out.
Now there's nothing good anymore. Plenty of shitty houses though.

Yeah, HVAC was shot.
