Tubing/skiing at Percy Quin

Want to bring my kids tubing this weekend. Trying to avoid the drunkards out on the rivers. Is Percy a good place? Or will I run into a lot of boat traffic?

Percy Quin isn’t very big for skiing although lots of folks do it. There will be people there fishing for sure and some pleasure boaters as well. Lake okhissa isn’t far down the road and they also have a small skiing area.
