I agree with KR, the external extractor isn't aesthetically pleasing to me. BUT, that's a fine arse side arm and I would like to have one.

Maybe so but the external extractor is much easier to service since it operates on a coil spring and not like a "leaf" spring like the internal ones do.

Mine has never failed to eject in the thousands that have gone down the pipe. But then again, I'm very impartial to external vs internal.

Both have their place, and if it ain't broke, don't fix it.
