So i have a question regarding crabbing and licensing.

Was just looking at the LDWF site about renewing my fishing license (Will have to wait until June 1).
Saw where they have a license for various nets. Are ring nets and hoop nets the same thing?
If i want to run some ring nets with my son for the heck of it, does it require a separate license?

Just need a fishing license.
Don't keep any buster crabs( females with eggs).
