Grey rat snake probably.

I leave snakes alone, don't kill if I can help it. I do get rattlesnakes in my camp house in southwest Texas. They have to go.

I think that is a little corn snake. They are not venomous,, but can get pretty bitey if you handle them. I “dealt” with one that was about 4 - 4 1/2 feet long this past weekend.
