In the process of having a 25x35 pole barn complete and was wondering if you guys would show off some pics of your shops.
I am looking for layout ideas and any suggestions or tips you might have whether its lighting or fan suggestions.

What kind of shop? One for mainly doing mechanical work or a woodworking shop with lots of saws, routers, planers.
I have a home shop, not as big as the one you're planning, that is mainly devoted to doing woodworking. With the amount of room you will have if doing a woodworking shop, space most of your big tools near walls with enough room to use them easily. I have my drill press, band saw, jointer/planer, radial arm saw and big router table I use for shaping profiles along walls.
My table saw is more out in the open since I use it to cut larger pieced of wood and sheet goods using roller stands to help on the outfeed side.
If a woodworking shop, consider a good dust collection system. And don't skimp on electrical outlets and good lighting.
I like having my larger tools having their own circuit, especially if planning on having others working in the shop with me. Two large tools running on 1 circuit is sketchy at best.
Again, if for woodworking, here's a bit of advice I have found to be absolutely true. You can't have enough clamps...........
