Man, I'm fricking with you. I use just the basic calcutta 200B and I have a couple of GTB's for salt.
I have a couple lews for freshwater and they work just fine.

Lews . They make really good reels for around 100 bucks . Not bad at all IMO

And if you dont fish much quantum makes several decent reels for fairly cheap .

I fished with a Lews last weekend when my Shimano crapped out on me. I've got an old Curado that needs a serious overhaul.

I have 6 or 7 lews . I love them . They are about 3 years old and ive never had a problem . i usually break them down and oil them like once a year .
