I would like to know if any of you have experience with Renovations concerning repair to Minn Kota products. I took my Talon to them several years ago and they repaired it and had it ready to go in about two days. I had trouble with the Talon in July, took it to Renovations and they had it for 4 weeks. After getting it back it never worked correctly. Renovations has it again and it has not been repaired after three weeks in their shop. I'm wondering if they have changed ownership or whatever that has caused the decline in customer service.

TIA

its still the same guy who owns it. you talked to the girl that works there? they fricked me pretty hard on one of my trolling motors like two years ago. wouldn't warranty it because I didn't have a receipt but it was in their computer system when I bought it, then the next time I brought it in, they "repaired" it... still had problems. turns out it was something with the wiring on the plug on my boat... so I have no idea what they "repaired" and charged me for.
