Recommendations on an out of state deer hunt

My dad, brothers and uncle have been going to the same farm in Illinois for the past ten years for a week to hunt. This is private land with lodging but everything else is DIY and we've really enjoyed it, killing alot of nice deer over the years. The farmer passed away in the springtime and the son taking over the farm no longer wants outside hunters.

Anybody know of any farmers with a setup similar to this or places to look? We were paying around $2k/person for this one.
