Is that place on greenwell springs ( take a right after crossing magnolia bridge) still open.... They offered horse riding and some other stuff... They had a lake that backed up to the river and I believe you could rent a little boat with a trolling motor for like 20 bucks a day and fish it


Eta: I think it was/is called something that starts with a W Lakes

just looked it up

it was called Wanetiri Lakes....doesn't appear to be open anymore...the website they had isn't up anymore

should have been pretty good fishing....my buddy has bar pits on the other side of the river and we do pretty good in them ( if the damn river would stop getting into them and muddying them up)

Bar pits are the shite. They restock themselves every year.

We had a camp in Fort Adams with a badass pond on it that would flood every year. That thing was loaded with sacualait and bass. I also know of a bar pit in Darrow that is loaded after the river drops out.

yep, my buddy caught the biggest sacalait i've ever seen in one of them one day...caught it on a 2.5 crankbait
