That may be a blanket statement. I doubt you would be happy if your livlihood had been decimated as bad as theirs has been in the last 20+ years. And it isn't just about the wetlands disappearing. It is mostly due to political(state and federal) factors. But that would be a topic for another thread.

are you talking about oyster fisherman? if so, you wouldn't believe the amount of completely unproductive leases out there. some of them should be taken away. it's a sham most of the time....
