I don't know what the shelf life of doe urine is, but if it is anything like human urine, it probably should be discarded. I keep a piss bottle on the side of my back pack that I normally discard at end of day. I forgot to discard the one from last hunting season, that I had obviously used, emptied out, and then put back in backpack. I opened that bottle up last weekend and almost fell out of stand.
