Here is a pic of mine I took during turkey season.
1993 Sahara 4.0 HO hardtop with 117,000 miles on it. Everything still works including original A/C. Other than a little rust around the bottom of the windshield she is in top shape.

Looking for mirrors when the doors are off any suggestions?

Can't remember! I keep it at the deer camp so it rarely gets washed.

Does it have the green seats? I love that green and tan interior they have.
ETA: that's probably the gayest thing ive said.

Looking for a lift and good a place to do it around BR (unless someone wants to help, will provide beer). 2 door JK on the previous page. 2.5-3" lift and level.
Open to suggestions on manufacturers.

I just put the rubicon express 2.5 coil lift with rancho 5000x shocks and rubicon geometry correction brackets. I gained a little Over 3 inches Took about 4.5 hours in my garage with basic hand tools. The hardest part is tourquing the track bars back to 125 ft lbs. what do you want most out the lift? Flex, on road ride, bigger tires? Absolutely do this yourself. You'll save a ton, and get a huge understanding about your suspension.
ETA I think I saw you at 4 wheel parts yesterday.

Agreed. Jeeps are some of the easiest vehicles to work on

Ha ha. Teraflex and aev will be the 2 most popular around here. It's all about what you want to do with the jeep. I just got a crazy deal on the rubicon express, and was gonna go rancho regardless of lift brand. I had bilstein on my previous jeep and for my liking it was just too stiff.

Been batting around the idea of getting a Jeep as a weekend toy. Any specific year models or engines to stay away from? Wife can't drive a standard, but is willing to learn. Looking in the 10k range, if y'all fellas run across a decent one.

For what purpose? Just joy riding or hard core off-roading?
The 4.0 and stick is a great combo.

Heard there were issues with the new 3.6 pentastar on models 2012 and older. So if u get the JK model, go 2013 or newer. Sorry that's all I got for now.

Stock TJ will be in that budget. 4cyl will definitely be in that budget. TJ>JK
