I highly recommend 2 things:
Change your title to include what you're looking for help on (i.e. "Need cold weather bow hunting clothing recs") and you'll get a ton more feedback.
Secondly, I personally recommend 100% merino wool base layers for cold weather hunting. It's lightweight, extremely warm, and moisture wickwicking. If you start with great base layers, the rest of your clothing will be a piece of cake.

I have scentlok bibs and coat from Cabela's. I also have a heated vest I got from Cabela's but I think both Milwaukee and Dewalt have them too. Key is dexterity, without bulk and a quite exterior. I find most duck hunting coats like Drake have a noisy shell. Cabela's also makes a wool sweater with wind blocker liner that fits close but flexes to allow you to draw your bow without restriction. Quiet warmth without bulk doesn't come cheap but you don't have to spend Sitka stupid to find it either.

If you want to stay light weight I have two words for you....... Hot Hands. Hunting in the midwest for many years I've learned how to use those little packs of warmth during the late season. They keep me from having to bulk up, which allows me to move and draw my bow more easily.
