Has the water went down and has anyone fished it since the water got high?

Fish are being caught but as of today still a no wake zone.

What about the spillway? How's the water looking over there? Aren't you the guy with the videos hammering the green trout?

Yeah, that's me but that was last year. It's still a little too high, IMO, but it should be getting right in a couple weeks.

The water was on a slow fall on the Verret side until the Pierre Part / Pigeon/ Plaquemine area got hammered with heavy rain Thursday. The Grand River gauge came up about 9" yesterday.
