John Deere Carb help neded

On the carb there is a hose that comes out of the side of it and reconnects to the top of the carb. Where it connects to the top, it appears the plastic nipple part is broken and missing. Any idea where I can get this little plastic part?

I'm pretty sure you can only get them at the dealership.. they may have some at farm beuare or a,hardware store, I'm not sure about Lowe's

Wondering if I have to order a whole new carb. Sucks bcs it's just one plastic piece.
