Not pointed at you but rather than trying to determine what is OK legally we all need to stop doing things that cause deer to congregate unnaturally whether it is legal or not.

This is especially true for blocks and licks, if you have them they should be removeed immediatly, look for the states to implement a sales ban on them ASAP and hopefully take hunting privilidges away permanently from anyone caught baiting by any means.

This is one of those times where just because you can does not mean you should.

MDWFP said it was unrealistic to remove salt licks. They just banned starting new ones. Not sure why LDWFP went with different wording.
They really need to ban deer scrapes. Deer pee and lick in them. Also need to tell flood deer not to congregate on the levee. They’ll be passing disease there, also.
