The white one looks leucistic to me because it still has the black points on his nose and not the bright pink as with albinos. The other one may be a piebald that has a different type pattern.

I may not fully understand what you mean here, but being a result of a recessive gene, piebald deer likely only occur with a double recessive gene. If it has one recessive gene, the piebald pattern will not occur--no different than blue eyes in humans.
