re: How often do you believe someone when they say they saw a Cougar in SE Louisiana?

I’ve never seen or know anyone that has seen a mountain lion in the wild, but I watched a hunting show today with the guy that calls himself Sasquatch, he shot a cougar and cooked the back strap. He said it’s his favorite wild game to eat and that it taste like a sweet pork flavor. Has anyone here ever eaten mountain lion? Is it any good?
