I have accidentally walked up on other hunters on WMA before, I could feel their frustration, some so frustrated they just start packing up and huffing and puffing, I feel bad about it, but it gets crowded out there. I have gone out and plan A had a guy, went to plan B and there was a guy, plan c, plan D, and ended up not even hunting by the time I had exhausted every spot I had picked out in the offseason. This is what you have to deal with unless you want to pony up for a lease or get permission on private land. Complaining about other people on WMA is like complaining about crowds at Disney World. You should know what you are getting into.
