Has anyone ever used hog lights around a feeder with any success?

I have a feeder with a hog light on it about 100 yds in front of my camp. I set the feeder to go off about 30 minutes before sunset for my wife… and then again 3 or 4 hours later for me Shooting pigs off your front porch at night in your underwear is one of life’s little pleasures.
This is the one I have ASF Boar Light. I have it mounted on a 10’ t-post and it has been running for at least 3 years with no problem.

Deer come to feeder?

I killed quite a few with Elusive Wildlife Kill Light with green light.Just looked it up and it now comes with 3 colors in one unit that you can choose-green,red or amber.
Motion activated, comes on very dim and gradually gets brighter over a few minutes.I suspended it 12 feet in the air with 1/4 “ rebar, attached to a T post
to keep it standing up.
They also make what they call Blindsider that looks somewhat like a game camera that can attach to a tree or post.Works the same way.
The scope I used was Leupold with lighted dot reticle, not absolutely necessary but little, easier than regular crosshairs.
I had a cellular game camera that would send me a picture when they were there.I would grab my rifle and and slip up to the spot and shoot a hog.
Beat the hell out of sitting in a stand for maybe hours before the hogs would come if they came at all.
I was doing this at my house,I would set this up a couple hundred yards in front or behind my house.Obviously I live in the country.
I killed several dozen hogs like this.I haven’t had any in several years for which I’m grateful.

It’s not uncommon for them to be waiting when it goes off! My wife loves to watch them and calls them “her deer.” After dark it’s still deer that trigger the hog light 2/3 of the time.
