Great Deal On Pistol - XDM45

I was able to get this deal this week and couldn't believe it.
XDM45 compact with 10 mags for 400 I already had an XDM9 & 40. Those mags go for 30-40 ea depending on where you get them.
My brother got a stainless slide XDM45 AND 7 mags for the same price.
Anyone else finding places to get great deals on guns right now?

In sure it is lightly used. FFL acquired from an estate sale.
