EZGO RXV Help

I have a 2009 RXV I use for hunting that will not go forward or reverse. When I put the cart in either forward or backward I can hear the solenoid click. I can feel the motor trying to go but it will not move. I checked the batteries and they are fine. Is there anything else I need to check before bringing it in for repair? Thanks

There is a coupler that strips out. I haven’t changed one before, but we have EZ Gos at work and those couplers have to be replaced frequently.
