Great buck. You’re lucky he didn’t rip some of it off when he ran off and crashed. Mine ran in a thicket and shredded some of it but it kinda came out cool with it hanging

My son shot a 30” Axis in full velvet, taxidermist did a fantastic job of preserving it, and it’s a gorgeous mount. But he was in the Texas Hill Country. It’s worth the effort.
