How would you describe the taste of pronghorn meat. I have a trip planned with a buddy in September to hunt for them in CO.I heard everything from they are terrible and stink to they are the best tasting meat around.

Best wild game I've had IMO. Tastes like grass fed beef. Delicious. I've heard if it's hot to make sure they are gutted and cooled down fast and you've got nothing to worry about. I killed mine in October and it was cold so wasn't an issue.
