I'm going back for an MBA. Wife for Educational Leadership with a Focus in Technology.
I got into Nicholls Executive MBA program. Every other Saturday for 18 months.

I have a good job.
I have an awesome fiancee
I am building a house.
betwix all that. I am drained.
Thats not including all my obsessions like huntin, fishin, golf, and Saints.
Sometimes i wish i was single, and i chose not to build a house. I would have so much money in the bank. Just sitting there waiting to buy me whatever outdoor toys i wanted.

I know the feeling. Our house building got pushed back a few years with all the other stuff going on. We're happy where we are for now though. My wife makes a solid salary and pulls in great benefits for us, so that works out pretty good.
I need a second job, just to feed my hunting and fishing addictions.

What I'm really trying to do right now is find a used Merc Pro XS 225 or 250 for my 20' Champion hull which i love. Right now i'm running a 225 EFI and i'm sick of putting gas in it. They want too much for the pro xs brand new, if i go that route i'll just buy a new rig. It's next to impossible to find a used Pro XS in good condition.

I had talked to a buddy of mine who manages a local bar about bartending, but the pregnant wife put an end to that real quick.
I have a friend who manages 3 carwashes. All he does is go empty the garbage cans, coin machines, and vacuums, and then makes sure all the soaps dispensers are full. It takes him about 15 min for each one each night. He brings in like $1,200 extra per month and he uses all of it for hunting and fishing. I'd love to get in on a deal like that.
