I was driving my ex's 3500 in CO when I hit a bull elk that ran into the road. If I was in my car or anything smaller, I'm pretty sure I would be a very different person today. Those things really wake you up when they happen.

This thread done got long as hell, what's the consensus on chicks driving trucks?
I think it does, and if they back a boat in too, it gets serious.

You mean if they can back a boat in? That's a unicorn you're after.

Yeah it was bad. I had a few broken bones. I was on my way to pick him up at the airport late at night. He took it a lot better than I thought he would. I guess the elk meat kinda helped the situation. I saw him start crossing the road but night+snow+ice=difficult to stop.

Ex GF was driving my drunk arse home from the club one night in the Mat-Su valley and we hit a moose. Weird looking at hair, hooves and antlers on your hood. Moose ran off, didn't damage the car too badly.

The elk around the grand canyon park are the worst. They're practically tame and all the roads are hairpin turns. They just stare at you and step out of the way barely.

Unicorns are supposed to be rare, right?
And roger, his truck was one mangled piece of metal. The trooper that came out saw it and had no idea how I was still alive.

She had a little car, the moose rolled right over the top. Cracked windshield, tore off the side view mirror and some minor dents. They like to run in front of cars because the headlights illuminate the snow on the road.
